SHIPPING INFO

Order Processing: 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays)

Shipping Options:

  • Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx (10-15 business days after dispatch)
  • Free Shipping: Orders over $50 ship free via EMS (15-25 business days after dispatch)

We ship worldwide (excluding some Asian countries and remote areas). Tracking info will be sent to your email once your order ships.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We want you to be 100% stoked about your Fusion Wear haul. If something isn’t right, here’s how we’ll make it right:

The Basics

  • Return Window: 15 days from delivery date
  • Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached
  • Original Proof: Include your packing slip or order confirmation

NO RETURNS ON:

Due to hygiene reasons, we can’t accept returns on:

  • Hats
  • Wallets
  • Belts
  • Accessories

How To Return Your Gear

Step 1: Hit Us Up

Email our squad at [email protected] with:

  • Your order number
  • What items you’re returning
  • Reason for return
  • Whether you want a refund or exchange

Step 2: Pack It Up

Once we approve your return:

  • Repackage items in original packaging
  • Include the packing slip or order confirmation
  • Seal it up tight

Step 3: Ship It Back

Note: Return shipping is on you unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

Refunds

  • Processing Time: 3-5 business days after we receive your return
  • Method: Original payment method (PayPal, credit card, etc.)
  • Deductions: Original shipping costs are non-refundable

Exchanges

Want a different size or color? No problem:

  • Follow the return process above
  • Specify what you want to exchange for in your email
  • We’ll ship your new item once we receive the return

Note: If the exchange item costs more, you’ll need to pay the difference. If it costs less, we’ll refund the difference.

Damaged or Wrong Items?

If your drip arrived damaged or incorrect:

  • Email us within 3 days of delivery with photos
  • We’ll send a prepaid return label
  • Get a full refund or replacement (your choice)
